But... they seem so happy.... Lucinda started telling me how she gets intimidated, that she is scared at times, the name calling is below the belt, it's always her fault, she is a fixer upper and angry with herself for allowing it to happen, she is losing friends, her self esteem has plummeted, she doesn't sleep out of worry what will happen next.... she talked, and talked and talked. "But hearing your story and knowing what life you live now....Steffi I don't want this life anymore "

My story that I told on the podcast with you Julie Jones - an opportunity that allowed me to share that there is another life to fear and intimidation. This very podcast has now enabled 3 women in my personal life to open up and take the first step into a better future! There might be more but three confided in me that they listened and that it gave hope. They might not be in safe space right now, but they are one step closer to a stronger mind.
